Responsibilities
•95% onsite support in customer's vehicle factory
1. Onsite for the issue analysis support and troubleshooting for incoming materials.
2. Co-work with the CQE in China for failure analysis and corrective actions.
3. Onsite confirmation and negotiation for quality claims with vehicle factory.
4. Onsite manage rework/sorting if required for containment actions.
•5% support in US aftersales market
Onsite support of aftersales for the whole US if there is any failure from the market. This is only for emergency case.
Requirements
1. Familiar with battery products or vehicle production.
2. Professional in project management. Good sense in quality with well known of 8D method.
3. Prefer if experienced quality and aftersales.
4. Chinese people will be preferred.
